Recently I have been blessed to work with a few churches in an effort to move towards a more centralized process in planning and executing church experiences.

That was a long sentence, what does it all mean? Well, we put steps in place to ensure the entire church team is working in one accord and not just all doing their own thing.  We all know that we really should be operating our local church this way but how do we get there? Every local church is different in the opportunities they provide and the people that make it happen.
