The Creative Challenge
CrossWay Church in Germantown, WI is a Christ-centered, Bible-based community committed to helping people at every stage of their spiritual journey discover the truth and love of Jesus Christ. As a growing Alliance church focused on connecting, growing, and living out their faith in community, CrossWay needed clear, consistent visuals that could support sermon series and ministry moments without distracting from discipleship. Church Visuals partnered with CrossWay Church to provide custom sermon bumper videos and graphics designed to serve the message, strengthen clarity, and support the church’s mission – freeing leaders to focus on shepherding people and helping their community mature in Christ together.

For Crossway Church’s sermon series The Unseen War, focused on the reality of spiritual warfare, we crafted custom sermon series graphics, supporting collateral, and a dynamic sermon bumper. Each visual element was designed to reflect the intensity of the battle while pointing clearly to Christ’s authority and victory – creating a cohesive visual experience that helped frame the theme, prepare hearts, and engage the congregation throughout the series.
For Crossway Church’s sermon series BEYOND, focused on living with an eternal perspective in Christ, we crafted custom sermon series graphics, supporting collateral, and motion elements designed to lift eyes beyond the temporary and point hearts toward what truly lasts. Each visual was created to reinforce the call to faithful, Christ-centered living – helping communicate the theme with clarity, inspire reflection, and create a unified visual experience that supported the message throughout the series.
For Crossway Church’s JOEL: Return to Me sermon series, Church Visuals custom produced sermon series graphics and a cinematic sermon bumper video designed to reflect the urgency and hope found in the book of Joel. Drawing from Joel’s call to repentance, renewal, and the promise of God’s restoring grace, each visual element reinforced the prophetic weight of the message while pointing the congregation toward God’s mercy and faithfulness. The result was a cohesive visual experience that helped anchor biblical teaching, prepare hearts for worship, and clearly communicate the call to return fully to the Lord.
For Crossway Church’s sermon series People Like Us, a thematic study of six Old Testament figures, we crafted custom sermon series graphics and a supporting sermon bumper designed to highlight the humanity, struggles, and faith journeys of real people God used for His purposes. Each visual element was intentionally designed to reflect the tension between brokenness and calling—helping the congregation see themselves in the stories of Scripture. The cohesive visual system reinforced the central theme that God works through ordinary people, preparing hearts for biblical teaching and inviting deeper reflection on how God is still shaping His people today.
