How does the process work?

Once you start your free trial with us, you’ll get 14 days free or 3 design projects, whichever comes first.

1: Submit your Project

You can submit as many design requests as you’d like and to ensure high-quality, our team will work on one active design project and one active video project at a time based on our Project Planning Guide.

2: Review and Revise your Project

We’ll deliver your project for review, and you’ll have unlimited revisions to make sure you get exactly what you’d like.

3: Approval

Once you approve your project, we will make the next project in your queue active.
How many project requests, revisions and active projects are included?

You can submit unlimited design requests to our team. To ensure high-quality, our team will work on one active design project and one active video project at a time based on our Project Planning Guide.

What is the average turnaround time on projects?

Our team has crafted a convenient Project Planning Guide that details exactly how long our turnaround times are on each type of project. Once you submit your project, we’ll get right to work and use this guide to ensure you have plenty of time to review and approve each design or video.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. With our Standard and Unlimited plans, there are no contracts and you can cancel anytime. Keep in mind, if you cancel your custom media plan, you will also lose access to our ready-made library of 40,000+ visuals as well.
How do I submit my projects?

Once you sign up for a free trial, you’ll be redirected to a page on our website with an easy to use submission link. You’ll also receive an e-mail with instructions for submitting your project.

Also, on our website, you’ll have your own personalized dashboard that you can easily submit projects and manage your account.
Are source files included?

All custom graphics will come with an editable source file for you to edit text as you need. For video projects, we cannot legally release source files, however, with unlimited revisions for every project in our Standard and Unlimited Plans, we’re happy to make any edits that you might need on a project.
