Every Custom Media plan comes with access to a Custom Project Dashboard, where you can submit new requests, track where each project stands, and communicate directly with our creative team. You also get a dedicated account manager and a dedicated creative director who help ensure your project stays on track and guide the creative process with our team. Ministry deadlines don’t always wait—just let us know if you’re in a time crunch and we’re happy to prioritize urgent projects to make sure you’re ready for Sunday.

For Custom Graphics and Custom Graphics and Video plans, you can submit as many project requests and revisions as you need. We work on one to two active projects at a time to give each one our full creative focus, then move straight to the next project in your queue once you approve the current one—this keeps quality high, turnaround fast, and communication consistent.

For the Enterprise plan, we include two rounds of revisions on every project, with services tailored to meet your ministry’s unique needs.

Graphics always include editable source files (like PSDs and Canva templates), whether from our Media Library or Custom Media Plans. Due to licensing restrictions, video source files may not be included—but we offer revisions and handle updates for you, so your visuals stay ministry-ready and are created with legal and creative integrity.

Media Library, Custom Graphics, and Custom Graphics and Video are all contract-free—cancel or pause anytime, no pressure. Enterprise is the one plan built around a contract, since it’s a scoped agreement tailored to your ministry’s full-year plan.
