We are sharing an interview with two Senior Pastors in the Southeast –
Allen Holmes, Lead Pastor at Definition Church – who will share some incredible stats about you – pastors and church staff members. The stats Allen shares are pretty alarming.

And in the podcast today, you’ll hear from pastor Shannon O’Dell – Lead Pastor of Brand New Church.

Also, later in the show, we’ll share a bonus interview with Tom and Deane Grossclose from Cross Purpose Ministries. This is a husband and wife team that has a ministry that serves you – pastors and church staff members at churches and those in the ministry. They serve you with free Biblical counseling and teaching to help you have great relationships.

You’ll notice a theme on today’s show from Allen and Shannon about the stats seen in the Church today – that our divorce rate is 50%, that its lonely at the top, that pastors and staff have very little outlet to share their struggles with anyone.
