The Moral Of The Story

Stories have always been ways to teach listeners how to live with wisdom in their lives. In the Gospels, Jesus uses parables, or stories, to teach the truths of the Kingdom of God. We are meant to find ourselves in the stories that He tells that we might learn important lessons and become all that God has intended us to be. Jesus tells stories about being the light of the world, stories of the Kingdom being like a net, stories of hidden treasure, stories of lost sheep and stores about stewarding talents.
