• Because these are instant-access items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after purchase.

 

Subscriptions

• Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
• Customers may cancel at any time through their account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, but you will not be billed for any future cycles after cancellation.
