However, his program has bounced back dramatically. They’ve grown from just four majors two years ago to over twenty students today.

Next, Andrew dives into volunteer management strategies. He emphasizes that recruiting volunteers isn’t just about filling positions. Instead, it’s about creating spaces for pastoral care and ministry. Furthermore, volunteers need to feel valued as people, not just for their skills.

Consequently, worship leaders now face pressure to master multiple areas beyond music. They’re expected to handle tech teams, creative departments, and communications.

Additionally, Andrew addresses common struggles facing new graduates. Surprisingly, it’s not musical ability or technical skills that cause problems. Rather, character development and conflict management present the biggest challenges. These young leaders need more real-world church experience during their training.

However, he reminds listeners that faith is primarily word-based. Therefore, visuals should support the gospel message, not overshadow it.
