On this episode of ProPresenter Power Talks Steve and Sheik talk to us about preparing for Easter Sunday using ProPresenter.

Steve’s talking about how to set up the software for displaying content on a cross shaped LED wall. From creating the new layout, masking it to the shape of a cross and setting up looks and themes so that it all works properly. He also illustrates how to crop and rotate the media to fit correctly. In the end we’ll learn how to add transitions to smoothly fade the cross graphics on and off.

Sheik shares tips from his experience leading Easter services. He emphasizes the importance of not trying anything drastically new on that day to avoid surprises. Then he also recommends sticking to familiar formats and pre-loading all media well in advance. It’s important too to have team rehearsals to ensure everyone is prepared. In order to minimize potential issues, he encourages redundancies, backup plans, and considering small creative additions like custom videos or graphics to make the day feel fresh and celebratory.

Of course they also remind us to test all changes extensively leading up to Easter Sunday.
