Trevor Miller grew up on a strawberry farm. From a young age his parents were involved in ministry. While Trevor appreciated this aspect of his formative years, he didn’t think he would want to repeat it for himself. It wasn’t until he was on a church mission trip, in fact, that the Lord got a hold of his heart, and he decided to follow the Lord, into full time ministry.

He decided to attend Taylor University where he played football. After one year, however, still prompted by the Lord, he transferred to Columbia International University, in Columbia, SC and he begin studying to become a youth pastor. During his time there he interned at Mt. Horeb Church one town over in Lexington, SC. And soon enough he joined the staff full time, developed as a leader, got married and served in many different roles  at the church.

During his role to help develop the Contemporary Worship Service at the church, he one day met Carl Barnhill, the owner and founder of what was then called Twelve:Thirty Media. Trevor started contracting Church Visuals to develop graphics and videos for Mt. Horeb and eventually he started working for Carl. In the beginning he helped develop ideas for Ready-Made Media content. He also contributed to writing scripts for the mini-movies, and sermon guides for the Series in a Box. Trevor now continues as the head writer and helping to develop other writers.

He continues to serve at Mt. Horeb Church as the Family Pastor. Trevor has a passion for creatively communicating the transforming power of the gospel. He and his wife, Jenna, currently reside in Lexington with their 3 children: Eli, Owen and Murrye. His best friend is Daniel “stallion” Stevanus.
